Cardinal Ridge Trading will collect only information reasonably needed to respond to inquiries, process orders, coordinate pickup or shipping, prevent fraud, and maintain legally required business records.

Payment card data should be collected through provider-hosted or tokenized payment fields so Cardinal Ridge application servers do not store raw card numbers or CVV values.

This is implementation-stage policy copy and should be finalized before public launch to identify the specific service providers, retention periods, and required privacy disclosures.
